Delivery and Returns

Shipping

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
All orders are processed in Australian dollars.

Australian Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over and above $150.
A postage charge of $6.95 for orders under $150.
Your order will be delivered in approximately 5-7 business days.
Signature is required upon delivery.
Tracking is generally available at least two (2) days after shipment.

Australian Express Shipping

Express post orders must be placed before 2:00pm AEST.
A postage charge of $9.95 for all orders.
Metro area - your order will be delivered in approximately 1-3 business days.
Outside Metro area - your order will be delivered in no more than 5 business days.
Signature is required upon delivery.

Delivery during Sale Periods

We will endeavour to meet all orders, however some styles/colour/sizes may not be available at time of despatch.
You will only be charged for items available at time of despatch.
During sale periods there may be a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for this.

Tracking your order

You can track your delivery with Australia Post with the tracking number provided to you at auspost.com.au/track or contact the Australia Post Customer Care Centre at 13 11 18.

Late Deliveries

If you have not received your order within the days specified, please click here accounts-lemonzebrakids.com.au, and we will endeavour to resolve any queries as soon as possible. 

Returns

We want you to be happy. We operate a no-quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 30 days of receipt we'll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. Simply complete the Return Form, quoting your invoice number, and include it in the returned package (to us). Because we want to keep things completely transparent and offer you the most affordable shopping experience, the cost of returning items is covered by yourself. If however you request an exchange item we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.

Please return items to us and allow two (2) weeks from the day you return your item for your account to be credited. Refunds or exchanges are not offered on underwear or swimwear due to hygiene.

We sometimes run special promotions offering free shipping on all items, during these times free returns will be included in the promotion.

Exchanges

Exchanging your item is simple, contact us with your invoice number details, identifying which items from your order you are wishing to exchange. If we have the item in stock we will issue the style or size you require to you via standard Australia Post shipping. We will debit your account to the value of the item issued. You, in the meantime, return the item(s) to us to the above address. Please allow us two (2) weeks from the day you return your item for your account to be credited. 

If your exchange item is of a differing price to the original item ordered, we will refund the price difference between your item and the exchange item, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
